Each project is managed using a working project manager as part of the team.

Health and Safety
Imagine-Homes take the Health and Safety of our staff, contractors, you the clients and others that may be affected by the project seriously. Imagine-Homes We conduct project risk assessments and safety briefings for all persons working on site and conducting deliveries.
Fire Safety is a key consideration when working on any project and is managed by us throughout the project. We would carry out electrical isolations and Gas Inspections (as required) and pre-build safety inspections prior to any works commencing, using competent persons.
Our project manager manages the works on a daily basis informing you of progress, working with you to ensure that the work is to your satisfaction and any modifications or additions, are planned and executed in good time to avoid delays, allowing the project to keep to timelines.

Drone Surveys
Imagine-Homes drone pilots are qualified and competent in the use of drones on domestic premises having undertaken the necessary training courses in the UK specific to the drone they are flying.
Additionally, we know what to look for, when carrying out and will conduct a survey of the entire roofline and gutters. Drones offer clients a cost effective solution for the inspection of roofs and facades that may otherwise be inaccessible or cost prohibitive by standard access methods such as ladders, towers or scaffolding.
Fragile, or slippery roofs and asbestos containing materials present a significant health and safety risk.
Using a drone survey, detailed photographic information can be obtained of the roof and other high level elements of the building, such as guttering, fascia/soffit and chimneys, without the risk of fall from height or disturbing and releasing asbestos.
The use of Drones eliminates the risk from working at height, whilst producing tangible live imagery to assess.
An accurate condition survey of a roof is necessary to make sure that the reactive maintenance required can be identified and the relevant course of action can be planned.

Planning Permission
Approximately 50% of the projects we are contracted for, involve planning permission with the remaining 50% being (non structural) such as decorating, or other works being deemed to be under Permitted Development.
We can advise you if you will require planning permission and can manage this entire process on your behalf, if you need us to.

Imagine-Homes are contacted to remove chimneys for a wide range of reasons.
We have the experience in safe removal of chimneys and reinstatement of the roofline, felt, batten and tiles.
We take great care in making sure the section of the roof where the chimney originally stood is finished to a high quality and able to withstand the same weather as the rest of the existing roof.
All works are initially investigated using a drone. These images are shared with our clients.
Completed works are also supported by photographic footage using our drone and shared with the client.
